The Governance Proposal Plenary will commence with a discussion and motion to consider the four co-leadership constitutional amendments and the co-leadership committee directive to council as a group due to the overlapping content of these proposals. For the remaining governance proposals it is anticipated they will be presented for consideration by type (directive, bylaw, constitutional) in the order of percentage of green ballots from highest to lowest as determined by the Bonser Method. Each proposal presented for consideration will be discussed, debated and possibly amended before undergoing a deciding vote to adopt the proposal.
The Governance Proposal Plenary will continue on Sunday February 25th at 4:15 PM ET.

This plenary is expected to focus on governance proposals. The order of consideration will be determined in Pleanry # 1. Usually governance proposals are presented in the following order: Directives to Council, Bylaw, Constitution in the order of percentage of green ballots from highest to lowest as determined by the Bonser Method. Each proposal presented for consideration will be discussed, debated and possibly amended before undergoing a deciding vote to adopt the proposal. This pleanry will also include a discussion and motion to consider the four co-leadership constitutional amendments and the co-leadership committee directive to council at the same time due to the overlapping content of these proposals.
