Changes at "Plenary gid://decidim-app/Decidim::Hashtag/3/2: Proposals"

This plenary is expected to focus on governance proposals. The order of consideration will be determined in Pleanry # 1. Usually governance proposals are presented in the following order: Directives to Council, Bylaw, Constitution in the order of percentage of green ballots from highest to lowest as determined by the Bonser Method. Each proposal presented for consideration will be discussed, debated and possibly amended before undergoing a deciding vote to adopt the proposal. This pleanry will also include a discussion and motion to consider the four co-leadership constitutional amendments and the co-leadership committee directive to council at the same time due to the overlapping content of these proposals.
