BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Green Party of Canada will seek an end to the incarceration of Indigenous persons; will advocate for restorative justice, healing lodges, and other Indigenous-led, community-based responses to offenders and victims; for removal of Indigenous persons from prisons and jails; and for deep investment in prevention.

Que le Parti Vert du Canada cherche à mettre fin à l'incarcération des personnes autochtones ; qu'il plaide en faveur de la justice réparatrice, des pavillons de guérison et d'autres réponses communautaires dirigées par les Autochtones aux délinquants et aux victimes ; qu'il demande le retrait des Autochtones des prisons et des centres de détention ; et qu'il investisse massivement dans la prévention.
