Plenary #2: Proposals

This plenary is expected to focus on governance proposals. The order of consideration will be determined in Plenary # 1. Governance proposals are usually presented in the following order: directives to council, bylaw amendments, then constitutional amendments in the order of percentage of green ballots from highest to lowest as determined by the Bonser Method. Each proposal presented for consideration will be discussed, debated, and possibly amended before undergoing a deciding vote to adopt the proposal. This plenary will also include a discussion and a motion that the four co-leadership constitutional amendments be scheduled consecutively and debated as a group due to the overlapping content of these proposals.
