The Key Procedures Plenary appoints members to serve in meeting roles, and establishes meeting agreements and the procedures used to govern decision-making, the conduct of members, and the presentation, debate, and amendment of motions during the general meeting. Membership will vote on a motion to close the call for Emergency Motions. A presentation and motion to move policy consideration outside the GM will be presented.
If required, the business of the Key Procedures Plenary will extend into the Governance Proposals Plenary at 6:30 PM ET.
