Changes at "Plenary gid://decidim-app/Decidim::Hashtag/1/1: Key Procedures"

The Key Procedures Plenary appoints members to serve in meeting roles, and establishes meeting agreements and the procedures used to govern decision-making, the conduct of members, and the presentation, debate, and amendment of motions during the general meeting. Membership will vote on a motion to close the call for Emergency Motions. The final item of business will be a motion to move the adoption of policy proposals to a separate stream, moved and adopted in a process outside the agenda of the General Meeting as part of the Party’s evolution to a Continuous Motion Development model.

If required, the business of the Key Procedures Plenary will extend into the Governance Proposals Plenary at 6:30 PM ET.
