Bylaw 15 Whistleblowing

15.1 The Party shall establish and maintain an Incident Reporting System that allows incident submitters to communicate anonymously with the Party

15.2 The Party will identify a group responsible for responding to whistleblower claims

15.3 A summary of whistleblowing reports will be made at General Meetings

Règlement 15 Dénonciation

15.1 Le Parti met en place et gère un système de signalement d’incidents qui permet aux personnes qui dénoncent de communiquer avec le Parti de manière anonyme.

15.2 Le Parti désignera un groupe chargé de répondre aux plaintes des personnes qui dénoncent.

15.3 Un résumé des rapports de dénonciation sera présenté lors des assemblées générales.
