To define the right of members, change operative clause 7.11 in Article 7 Official Standing And Definitions

An individual who meets the Party's membership criteria. Members in a period of paid membership fees have the right to vote on any constitutional or bylaw changes, to run for a council position after acquiring sufficient sponsors according to party rules, to seek a nomination to be a candidate for MP from an EDA in advance of a general election and to participate in general meetings as equals to other participating members.

Les membres en période de cotisation ont le droit de voter sur toute modification de statuts ou de règlements, de se présenter à un poste de conseiller ou conseillère après avoir obtenu un nombre suffisant de commanditaires conformément aux règles du Parti, de poser sa candidature à un poste de exécutif d'une ACE avant une élection générale et de participer aux assemblées générales sur un pied d'égalité avec les autres membres participants.
