G23-B004 Confidentiality Training and Transparency Feedback

Codifying a requirement for transparency and confidentiality training and reporting should help to ensure that progress in these areas will be reported and celebrated by the GPC's membership.

Add the following operative clauses to Bylaw 10 Openness and Transparency: 

10.6 Federal Councillors will receive annual training on the Transparency and Confidentiality policy. 

10.7 Federal Council will submit a report on the GPC's compliance to each operative clause of Bylaw 10 at Annual General Meetings.
