C24-P004 National Capital Region Transportation Policy

Avatar: Official proposal Official proposal

Be it resolved that the Green Party of Canada recognizes that the national capital region is unique in spanning two provinces and lacks overall transportation coordination.

  • The GPC will argue for the creation of a single cross-border infrastructure agency including federal, provincial, and municipal representation, to integrate and optimize the public road, bridge, and transit systems of both provinces in the service of the national capital region
