This Workshop contains unofficial versions of proposals to be considered at the 19th General Meeting. The author of each proposal can use this space to edit their proposal and accept suggestions from other members. During a General Meeting, members may vote to accept a proposal, to reject it, or to send it back to this Workshop space for further improvement.

The Policy Development Process Committee is excited to announce a new “propose amendment” feature in the WeDecide Workshop. This feature creates a true virtual workshopping experience because members can now directly suggest amendments to a proposal, with one amendment ‘under consideration’ at a time.

From this point forward, all proposed amendments to a proposal’s wording should be done by clicking on the “Propose Amendment” button. We ask that both submitters and members who wish to propose a substantive amendment to a proposal use the amendment feature. This will ensure there is a record of all amendments to proposals. If you previously made edits to your proposal, that is completely fine. Moving forward we request you use the “Propose Amendment” button.

This space is visible to the internet, to demonstrate the Party's commitment to participatory democracy. Please ensure that our communications reflect the dignity and respect that you expect from your colleagues.
