Working to continually improve the governance of the Green Party of Canada
The Governance Committee is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with its bylaws and policies.
This committee oversees the development and implementation of governance policies, facilitates board and member training on governance issues, and ensures transparent and accountable decision-making processes. Additionally, the committee reviews and recommends updates to the party's governing documents, and addresses any governance-related concerns raised by members. By fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, the Governance Committee plays a crucial role in maintaining the party's credibility and operational effectiveness.
