The Fund Board Legal Team is responsible for coordinating legal responses for the Fund or Federal Council.
The Legal Team could be called upon to:
Assess potential legal risk to the corporation or Green Party of Canada
Recommend options to handle issues of legal significance
Advise on contractual matters, litigation or potential litigation
