To help use surveys for simplified requests (e.g. fill out this form for immediate assistance), it would help to have notifications when surveys are filled out.

Currently, there do not appear to be any notificaitons, requiring administrators to check, and limiting any possibility to provide immediate feedback on survey submissions.
